The Primary Care Physician is a New York State licensed physician who provides comprehensive medical care to our patients with twenty-four hour responsibility and accountability for patient management. Supports excellence in clinical practice, care and consistently demonstrates a professional commitment to patients, their significant others, and staff. Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens.

Job Qualifications:
 

Education & Licensure:
*New York State licensed MD
*DEA registration
Board certified internal medicine or family practice
*Maintain professional standing with CME and professional organizations
**Current BCLS Certification

Training & Experience:

*Must demonstrate clinical competence in medical practice.
*Evidence of excellent interpersonal relationships, effective communication skills, ability to problem-solve.
